Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Radiation Therapist to deliver prescribed radiation treatments within the Radiation Oncology department.

The RTT will position patients, verify treatment parameters, and document all procedures in the EMR while maintaining patient safety and compassionate care. The role requires ARRT certification, CPR/BLS, and strong English communication skills; Spanish ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology.
• ARRT registered; dual certification as General Radiographer or CT preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy services as part of the oncology treatment team.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families about procedures and side effects.
• Document treatment setup, doses, and calculations accurately in the EMR.
• Perform patient simulations when requested and assist with procedures as needed.
• Ensure QA checks and monitor equipment for deviations and safety concerns.
