• Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examination with reliable methods relevant to chief complaint and history.
• Documents in EMR per policy and ensures accurate daily care records.
• Collaborates with referring providers and monitors care delivered by support personnel.
