Qualifications

• Certified phlebotomist with 1+ year experience or equivalent.
• 6+ months as specimen collector or 1+ year in patient-facing medical role.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with smartphones and computers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient blood, urine and oral fluid specimens.
• Process and package collections for shipping.
• Act as liaison between clinic and laboratory.
• Record patient information and orders accurately.
• Resolve specimen issues relating to billing or ordering portal.
• Maintain collection supplies inventory onsite.
• Observe collections for Millennium Health specimens when applicable.
• Travel to multiple facilities as needed.
