Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients using the practice management software.
• Enter patient demographics into the EMR and verify information.
• Verify demographics and insurance information for patients.
• Assist staff with urgent patient needs.
• Explain payment policies and collect co-pays and payments at time of service.
• Enter accurate information into the EMR and scheduling system.
• Schedule patients according to guidelines and answer phones promptly.
