Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification is required; CMA (AAMA) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Medent EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the team to ensure patient-focused care.
• Performs clerical duties to drive efficient patient flow.
• Prepares patients for visits by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Facilitates lab and diagnostic tests as requested by the provider.
• Reviews patient charts to assist with pre-visit planning.
• Assists with paperwork including prior authorizations and benefits.
• Maintains exam rooms and ensures supplies and equipment.
