Mercy Medical Center is seeking a dedicated kitchen associate to support patient and staff dining services. You will clean, sanitize, and stock kitchen areas, rotate food supplies, and follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

This role requires basic reading and writing, with a High School diploma preferred and at least three months of relevant experience. The position is full-time, on-site in Cedar Rapids, with hourly pay.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains clean and sanitary environment in kitchen and cafe.
• Removes trash, cardboard, and recyclables in accordance with procedure.
• Receives and rotates food stock and stores it safely.
• Ensures all pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
• Provides needed paperwork to Administrative Assistant.
• Performs daily tasks contained in daily cleaning schedule.
• Follows Mercy's safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions.
