SimonMed Imaging is seeking a hands-on Technologist Assistant to prep exam rooms, assist with patient flow, and support technologists in a fast-paced imaging center. You will help with patient mobility and positioning, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the visit.

This role emphasizes active patient care, room readiness, and collaboration with clinical staff to maintain efficient workflows in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS/CPR certification required (or obtained within required timeframe).
• IV certification or willingness to obtain (depending on modality requirements).
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and physically assist patients throughout the day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in an active clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and assist clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Assist with patient mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Escort patients through visits and provide basic procedural support as needed.
• Maintain readiness of rooms and equipment to support continuous patient flow.
