Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare or patient-facing experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required (or obtained within required timeframe).
• IV certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day.
• Comfort with patient mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Strong communication in a clinical environment.
• Team-oriented mindset focused on safe, compassionate care.
