SimonMed Imaging is seeking a hands-on Technologist Assistant to support imaging workflows, assist patients with mobility and positioning, and help maintain safe, efficient exam environments.

The role emphasizes patient comfort and teamwork with technologists and clinical staff in a fast-paced clinical setting. Requires active patient-care involvement and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within required timeframe.
• IV certification or willingness to obtain (depending on modality requirements).
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, and physically assist patients.
• Follow clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and assist with patient flow and mobility.
• Assist technologists and clinical staff during imaging visits.
• Provide patient positioning, escorting, and basic procedural support.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned, stocked, and ready for patient throughput.
• Maintain safety and mobility guidelines for all patients.
• Collaborate with technologists and staff to maintain efficient workflows.
