• Maintains, assembles and stocks adequate levels of food items, products and supplies.
• Performs register duties to process customers and communicates cafeteria menu, specials and pricing.
• Performs dish room/pot room duties to supply clean supplies as needed.
• Disposes of trash and sanitizes containers to meet sanitation guidelines.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards per department and regulatory requirements.
