Job summary

MaxHealth in Manatee County, FL is looking for Front Office Representatives to assist with check-in/check-out, collect co-payments, schedule patients, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service.

This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at $17.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits including health, 401k, life insurance, long-term disability, paid holidays and PTO. Hours are 40 per week across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required.
• EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival with compassion and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and manage daily calendar.
• Assist patients with forms and paperwork while maintaining confidentiality.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
