Job summary

MaxHealth in Sarasota County is looking for Front Office Representatives to assist with check-in and check-out, collect co-payments, schedule patients, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service.

Starting salary is $17.00 an hour. Hours: 40 hours per week, based on facility needs. Locations: Multiple clinics throughout Sarasota County. We offer benefits including health benefits, a 401k plan, life insurance, long-term disability, paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Word and Outlook; EMR/EHR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Collect co-payments from patients.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
