Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Nampa, ID is looking for a dedicated Food Service Worker to support the Food and Nutrition Services Department. You will handle food production, assembly, sanitation, patient care service, storeroom, cafeteria, and catering.

The position requires coordinating with team members, following safety protocols, and maintaining temperatures and hygiene standards. This is a part-time role with potential weekend shifts and a schedule that may change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• High-school certification preferred but not required.
• Previous related work experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in assigned area including cafeteria and patient care areas.
• Coordinate with colleagues to prepare, store and serve food to customers effectively.
• Understand and follow policies and procedures for proper food and equipment temperatures, hand washing, food storage and proper cooling and reheating procedures.
• Safely clean all equipment and food preparation areas.
