Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our Food and Nutrition Services team. You will prepare high-quality meals for patients, our cafeteria, and events, contributing to patient well-being and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in food production.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with established menus, recipes, nutrition guidance and sanitary/safety standards.
• Anticipate levels of doneness and produce a high degree of aesthetics in the preparation of food.
• Safely clean and operate all equipment and food preparation areas.
• Follow procedure, direction, production sheets, recipes, cleaning lists and any other assigned duties, providing exceptional service to customers.
