• One year of retail experience with customer interaction is required; hospital foodservice and customer service experience are highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written English and Math.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety of customers and team members per HACCP and health department guidelines.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas; prevents spills and fall hazards.
• Monitors and records food and/or equipment temperatures and addresses out-of-range results.
• Operates equipment according to safety guidelines.
