Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest is seeking a Food and Nutrition Service Associate to maintain cleanliness, organization and distribution of meals in the Food & Nutrition Department. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to standards while supporting the patient care team.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/Equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes systems/processes to ensure patient safety, infection control practices, department security & HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain and adhere to Food & Nutrition's uniform and personal appearance standards at all time.
• Utilizes proper processes to achieve patient, customer & physician satisfaction goals.
