Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Food and Nutrition Service Associate II to support the Food & Nutrition Department by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and accurate distribution of meals and supplies for patients and staff.

You will provide courteous service, assist with training others as needed, and help uphold our commitment to patient-centered care in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Checklist.
• Meets mutually agreed upon performance goals/objectives established annually as listed on the Performance Management Plan.
• Integrates ethics in all areas of practice. Adheres to confidentiality and patient’s right policies.
• Completes work within acceptable time limits. Demonstrates the ability to set priorities.
• Able to perform several tasks simultaneously during peak workload situations.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of work performed.
• Maintains a clean organized work area.
