Job summary

TeleTracking Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Workflow Consultant to serve as the subject matter expert on patient flow during design, development, and implementation of TeleTracking solutions.

You will assess current workflows, design operational efficiencies, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, patient experience, and clinical outcomes. This client-facing role requires compliance with vendor credentialing standards for on-site engagements, and involves up to 85% domestic travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, operations, or IT.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 1+ years of TeleTracking client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to health system executives, clinicians, and operational teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Collect and analyze current state workflows and manage project deliverables and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead workflow design sessions with cross-functional teams and document process changes.
• Translate process changes into system configurations for TeleTracking solutions.
• Facilitate workflow validation sessions to evaluate readiness for change adoption.
• Complete required education and training to support multiple complex projects.
