The role requires PMP certification and 5+ years of healthcare implementation experience, with 30–40% travel expected. Remote work is available within the United States, with offices in CA and NC for in-person collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or Healthcare Administration) required.
• 5+ years of hands‑on project or program management in healthcare.
• Experience leading health system–wide initiatives with multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex inpatient flow implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate discovery, technical implementation, workflow design, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Proactively identify risks and manage dependencies to keep projects on track.
