Memorial Hospital - Chattanooga is seeking a Patient Flow Nurse to optimize patient movement across hospital departments. You will assess bed availability, patient acuity and discharge readiness, coordinating admissions, transfers and discharges to minimize wait times and maximize bed utilization.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and strong communication are essential. You will use Epic EHR and TeleTracking to document, track orders, and ensure timely hand-offs and safety-based patient

Formación

• RN license required or eligible at hire.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Assess bed availability and patient acuity to assign appropriate hospital placement.
• Manage admissions, transfers and discharges to optimize bed utilization.
• Communicate with physicians and departments via phone, EHR (Epic) and TeleTracking.
• Document in the EHR and TeleTracking and follow hospital policies.
