Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (active)
• BLS/ACLS or equivalent certification
• Five years clinical experience including transfers/care management
• Three years of management/leadership experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient flow processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate systemwide patient admissions, transfers, and bed assignments
• Oversee off-shift and holiday operations in PFCC
• Ensure EMTALA compliance and escalation when needed
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and external facilities
• Provide coaching and development for staff on patient flow
• Align care delivery with policy and quality standards
