Job summary

AndHealth is hiring a Software Engineer to build a world-class patient experience across mobile, web, and desktop apps. You will ensure data privacy and work across the full software development lifecycle with Product and Care teams. The role may start with tweaks and bug fixes on the Flutter & GCP stack and grow into major feature development.

The team emphasizes patient-centered design, data-driven decisions, and rapid experimentation in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Patient-first mindset with emphasis on usability, empathy, and quality.
• Metric-driven engineering with data-guided decision making.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Care, and Enrollment teams.
• Experience designing integrations across complex systems and APIs.
• Growth mindset and craft orientation toward continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with care team to build a world-class mobile experience for chronic illness management.
• Deliver a delightful first impression to enroll patients and measure key metrics.
• Improve user experiences and business processes through third‑party integrations.
• Leverage Google Cloud Platform to build scalable backend systems.
• Collaborate with data analysts to improve reporting and analytics insights.
• Practice continuous integration and deployment to shorten feedback cycles.
• Decide when to sprint and how to prioritize engineering efforts.
