VisionFirst, a local, employee-owned eye care provider with 18 locations in Kentucky and Indiana, is hiring for a front desk position. Join our team to greet patients, prep them for exams, and help ensure a smooth, caring patient experience.

You''ll conduct preliminary testing, assist with in-office procedures, keep records up to date, and contribute to a friendly, efficient practice that values teamwork and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Friendly, people-first personality.
• Detail-oriented and organized under pressure.
• Team player who is dependable and takes ownership.
• Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic equipment and perform preliminary testing.
• Prepare patients for their eye exams by performing medical history intake.
• Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date.
• Assist with various in-office procedures that ensure organized and efficient patient flow.
