Job summary

VisionFirst is seeking an friendly, client-focused team member to greet patients, prep for exams, and assist with in-office procedures in a fast-paced eye care clinic. You will help ensure a smooth patient flow and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a welcoming demeanor, are detail-oriented, and work well on a team. Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but training is provided.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key part of our patient experience - greeting people, prepping them for exams, conducting pre-tests, and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike. Some key job duties include:
