Job summary

VisionFirst in Indiana is seeking a friendly front desk and patient experience coordinator to greet patients, prepare them for exams, perform pre-tests, and ensure every visit starts with warmth and professionalism. No two days look the same, and you will play a key role in supporting clinicians and delivering great care.

You will keep patient records accurate, assist with in-office procedures for smooth flow, and work with a dependable team in a locally owned practice.

What You'll Do

You will be a key part of our patient experience — greeting people, prepping them for exams, conducting pre-tests, and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike. Some key job duties include:

• Use diagnostic equipment and perform preliminary testing
• Prepare patients for their eye exams by performing medical history intake
• Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
• Assist with various in-office procedures that ensure organized and efficient patient flow

• Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
