Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical office or billing department preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient billing preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience from the first phone call to the end of the visit.
• Learn and navigate physician billing software with confidence.
• Accurately enter patient data and maintain up-to-date records.
• Manage physician schedules and coordinate appointments.
• Answer incoming calls, verify insurance, and collect co-pays.
• Support clinical and administrative teams as needed.
