Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service.
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information.
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate wait times to clinical staff.
• Handle medical records requests, referrals, and prior authorizations.
