MedNOW Clinics is seeking a friendly Medical Office Front Desk Receptionist to join our Colorado healthcare team. You will greet patients, check in/out, verify insurance, collect payments, and schedule appointments, ensuring a welcoming and efficient patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year medical front desk experience, proficiency with HIPAA, and strong communication skills to collaborate with clinicians and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of medical front desk/healthcare-office experience.
• Working knowledge of health insurance plans, eligibility verification, copays, and balances.
• Experience answering multi-line phones and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
• Check patients in and out accurately.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and required forms.
• Collect copays, deductibles, and other payments.
• Answer calls and route messages.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Maintain organized reception and protect patient confidentiality.
• Follow HIPAA and cash-handling policies.
• Support other administrative duties as assigned.
