Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Schedule patient appointments in coordination with clinical staff.

• Check-in/out patients, handle payments, and provide receipts.
• Answer phones and emails, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain organized patient records in compliance with regulations.
