Campbell Park Dental is a thriving private practice seeking a bubbly, outgoing Treatment Coordinator with a passion for helping patients achieve their best smiles. You’ll guide patients through treatment plans, explain options, and ensure a seamless financial process.

With at least 2 years of dental experience, you’ll communicate clearly, stay organized, and support both clinical and administrative teams to create a positive patient experience and maximize case acceptance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental experience.
• Outgoing, personable communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance plans.
• Experience with dental software such as Open Dental is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease during their visit.
• Present treatment plans clearly and professionally, ensuring patients understand their options.
• Discuss financial arrangements, including insurance benefits and payment options.
• Track and follow up on outstanding treatment cases to maximize patient care and case acceptance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a smooth patient experience.
