Responsibilities

• Handle questions from patients concerning insurance, credit, or hospital-related problems.
• Ensure data accuracy and input on Star system.
• Interview patients or relatives by phone or in person for payment arrangements.
• Process and manages payment arrangements and provide financial assistance as required.
• Make collection calls and send collection letters as needed.
• Assist Munson Healthcare Affiliate accounts and related collections tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
