Job summary

UF Health is seeking a patient services specialist to provide friendly front desk support in a medical office. You will schedule appointments, collect co-pays and other payments, review balances, and enter charges accurately, following UF Health Physicians policies and procedures.

You will process referrals, greet patients warmly, and help maintain a welcoming waiting room experience. Flex time and floating to other practices may be required to support staffing needs.
