Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Patient Financial Advisor to support pre-service processes, coverage verifications, authorizations, and patient registrations. The role involves scheduling, cross-team communication with physicians, and assisting patients with charitable applications at our Maryland medical centers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of healthcare financial experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within a healthcare financial environment.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supports pre-service processes
• Scheduling and coverage authorization of scheduled services
• Pre-registration of scheduled services to include coverage verifications and authorizations
• Assisting patients in completing AHC charitable applications at the medical centers
