Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guarantors and verify demographic, financial, and insurance information.
• Explain policies and obtain signatures; secure required consent forms.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-certifications/authorizations.
• Provide patient estimates and balance daily deposits; prepare and balance deposits.
• Schedule walk-in appointments and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address questions promptly.
