OrthoVirginia seeks a Patient Estimates Supervisor to lead the end-to-end pre-service estimate process across Virginia locations. You will ensure estimates reflect contracted rates, benefits, and pricing policies while minimizing billing surprises.

You'll partner with Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, Payer Relations, and IT to build dashboards, optimize workflows, and elevate the patient financial experience through clear communications and reliable data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in patient financial services or healthcare revenue cycle.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong understanding of billing, payer contracts, and revenue cycle processes.
• Experience with practice management or EHR systems; Excel & reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end patient financial estimate process with accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and regular leadership reports on performance and trends.
• Enhance workflows, price-transparency tools, and payer logic alignment.
• Collaborate across Revenue Cycle, Clinical Ops, Payer Relations, and IT.
