OrthoVirginia, Virginia’s largest provider of musculoskeletal care, is seeking a Patient Estimates Supervisor to lead the estimation process and improve price transparency across locations.

You will partner with Revenue Cycle, Clinical Operations, Payer Relations, and IT to ensure accurate, timely estimates and effective communication with patients, while guiding a skilled team in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in patient financial services or healthcare revenue cycle.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills with data interpretation.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and reimbursement requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the end-to-end patient financial estimate process, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor estimate accuracy, turnaround times, volume, and pre-service collections.
• Develop dashboards and provide regular leadership reporting on performance.
• Collaborate with Payer Relations, IT, and clinical ops to ensure current pricing logic.
• Improve price transparency and reduce unexpected patient balances.
