Responsibilities

  • Support the operating room team to provide safe, patient-centered care.
  • Prepare pre-op bays and patient care areas for the day and reset as needed.
  • Clean, disinfect, and prepare stretchers, chairs, equipment between uses.
  • Assist with operating room turnover between surgical cases.
  • Assist with patient movement, positioning, and preparation as directed.
  • Restock linens, supplies, and materials to keep care areas ready.
  • Unpack, organize, and replenish clinical supplies.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and team members.
  • Protect patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with nurses, surgical staff, and care team.
  • Provide friendly, attentive service and positive patient experiences.
  • Participate in required training, education, and quality initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Support the operating room team in providing safe, efficient, patient-centered care.

Compensation Range for this position:

$16.06 - $24.09

Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
