• Follows Revenue Management policies and procedures regarding financial matters and payment arrangements.
• Discusses patient insurance eligibility and available funding sources including Medicaid and other programs.
• Communicates with patients about costs, balances, and payment options to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinates with Revenue Management teams and clinical departments to support financial clearance and billing processes.
• Prepares pre-service price estimations and educates patients on insurance benefits and terms.
