UPMC Harrisburg is seeking a full-time Pre-Service Financial Counselor to support the Patient Advocacy department. The role focuses on creating accurate estimates with the EPIC estimator, educating patients on their financial obligations, and guiding them through pre-pay discounting and payment options.

The position is hybrid, following initial training at Camp Hill with on-site work at least three days per week at UPMC Harrisburg. Typical hours are Monday through Friday during daylight hours.
