Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's with 3 years of customer service.
• HS Diploma with 5 years of customer service.
• 1 year of health care experience is required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Act 34 clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and family concerns with timely, comprehensive service.
• Document problems and activities for patients and families.
• Greet patients and guests and provide exemplary service.
• De-escalate conflicts using effective communication techniques.
• Support patient-centered care and foster service excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve patient experience.
