You will check in patients, collect payments, and guide new patients through the intake process in a welcoming, professional manner.

Responsibilities include collecting urine/saliva for drug screens, maintaining daily financial records, coordinating with clinical staff, and handling clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or addiction medicine is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Check in patients and handle payments with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide an excellent front-desk experience and guide new patients through intake.
• Collect urine or saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Perform clerical and scheduling tasks to support daily operations.
• Oversee patient accounts and handle basic administrative duties.
