Job summary

You will greet patients, handle calls and walk-ins, support patient flow, coordinate with clinical teams, and adapt to different locations and schedules, including weekend

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; preferred.
• Customer service experience or training required; 6 months preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word) and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Register, check in, and schedule patients; ensure accurate demographic and insurance data for clinical and billing workflows.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally; provide clear information and address questions or concerns.
• Manage incoming calls, appointment requests, and walk-in inquiries with sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Maintain organized electronic records and timely entry of appointment, registration, and patient communication data.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to support patient flow and handoff to care providers.
• Support weekend and holiday rotations and adapt to varying clinic locations.
