Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a medical clinic setting.
• Experience handling patient information and claims processing in Centricity/EPIC environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paperwork for patient visits.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle cashier duties including posting charges.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance and balances due.
• Process release of medical information and FMLA/disability forms.
