BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Full Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Hillsboro, OR clinic. The PCC-I supports clinic growth, patient intake, and efficient front-office procedures in collaboration with the Clinic Director.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and guests with a welcoming demeanor.
• Schedule referrals and patient visits from multiple channels (fax/phone).
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Maintain an organized front office workspace.
• Support clinic operations and patient intake processes.
• Handle non-clinical documentation and deposits; manage caseload and reporting.
