The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to streamline processes, manage non-clinical tasks, and contribute to a positive patient experience at the Pinehurst clinic.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.

• Maintain an inviting clinic atmosphere and provide excellent customer service.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate to ensure smooth flow.
• Manage the schedule, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical paperwork.
• Monitor inventory and participate in staff training and compliance.
