Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior office or healthcare scheduling experience preferred.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience encouraged.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and providers—answering calls, handling referrals, and communicating directly with patients.
• Manage scheduling of clinical staff visits in a busy office environment.
• Ensure appropriate assignment of referrals in consultation with supervisors.
• Assist in the development, establishment, and evaluation of team documentation systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base on insurance forms and paperwork, share with team.
• Establish priorities for team paperwork on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Review all paperwork for completeness of forms regularly.
• Develop and maintain systems to coordinate multi-discipline documentation.
• Perform data entry into EHR for OASIS & staff timesheets.
• Maintain daily/holiday/weekend schedules.
