• High School diploma required; healthcare scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and public relations skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office familiarity (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Experience with Electronic Health Records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and providers—answering calls, handling referrals, and communicating directly with patients.
• Manage scheduling of clinical staff visits in a busy office environment.
• Ensure appropriate assignment of referrals in consultation with supervisors.
• Assist in developing and evaluating team documentation systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain knowledge base on insurance forms and paperwork requirements; share information with the team.
• Establish priorities for team paperwork and review forms for completeness.
• Develop and maintain systems to coordinate multi-discipline documentation.
• Enter data into EHR for Oasis forms and staff timesheets.
• Maintain daily/holiday/weekend schedules.
