Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in medical office preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments and verifies patient information, insurance eligibility.
• Prepares and organizes patient records and responds to information requests.
• Greets patients, answers phones, and routes messages to the team.
• Collects patient payments and reconciles daily cash and charges.
• Performs general office tasks and maintains a professional work environment.
