Qualificações

• Master's degree in a healthcare related field is required.
• Current Massachusetts LICSW licensure is required.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in licensed field.
• Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication, mediation and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between patients/visitors and the organization to resolve complaints.
• Proactively rounds on patients/visitors to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with Legal, PR, Risk, Regulatory Affairs to address issues and prevent complaints.
• Investigate and document patient/visitor concerns, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide education to staff on handling patient complaints and provide staff consultations.
