• Strong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Serve as liaison between patients, visitors and the organization to address complaints and improve patient experience.
• Collaborate with Legal, PR/Marketing, Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs to resolve issues.
• Investigate, document and report patient compliments and concerns.
• Arrange and mediate meetings to resolve patient issues and achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Provide education to staff on handling patient complaints and rights.
• Use data to identify opportunities for improvement across the organization.
